Requirements:
Data I/O Corporation is searching for a qualified Worldwide Field Service Manager for our Redmond, Washington location. We want you to apply if you have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering and experience in servicing electronic assembly manufacturer lines. Master?s degree in business desired, but not required. Other Requirements include:
At least 5 years experience in a relevant field.
Experience with highly integrated mechanical/software products is mandatory.
At least 3 years experience as a Worldwide Service Management through a third party network.
Proven ability to implement remote diagnostics and customer support.
Ability to train co-workers, third party service personnel, and customers in technical and process areas.
Ability to implement testing and feedback methods and work with production engineers.
Ability to design and implement the use of social media to provide customer self-support.
