Staff Analyst 2
This position reports to the Skills Process Center in Everett. Under general supervision, assembles data from multiple sources using applicable schedules. Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations (e.g., export compliance, intellectual property agreements, etc.) and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., proposals, briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, technical papers, brochures) to customers (e.g., government, foreign entities, commercial businesses), partners, suppliers and Boeing employees. Under general supervision, participates with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g., long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives) to meet requirements. Contributes by gathering data from multiple sources to compile reports of moderate scope and complexity for management reviews and tracking performance to plan. Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational administrative issues of moderate scope and complexity. Performs a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, asset management, forms design and delivery, etc.). Under general supervision, supports meetings and reviews to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information. Supports leadership in determining the purpose and content of each meeting/review, coordinates and compiles briefings and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration. Organizes the logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Under general supervision, gathers customer requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met. Contributes to the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget, assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates status of the plan. Products are reviewed for sound judgment and overall accuracy. Under general supervision, plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points (e.g., telecommunications, computing, safety, security, facilities) to satisfy the needs of the business (e.g., consolidations, reductions, new business requirements, reorganizations) and employees (e.g., ergonomic, health, safety, virtual office, telecommuting). Under general supervision, participates in the planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale (e.g., employee survey analysis and action planning, all-employee meetings, award programs, safety activities, open houses, tours, community events). Under general supervision, maintains and tracks training requirements. Assists with content development by interfacing with the training organization, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers.

General ability in the use of personal computing hardware and software to enter project information, such as, task status, cost estimating, and tracking. General knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. General knowledge of constructing/building reports and presentation materials as needed for assigned projects or in support of higher-level project leads on large projects.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
