With limited supervision, assembles data from multiple sources using applicable schedules. Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations (e.g., export compliance, intellectual property agreements, etc.) and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., proposals, briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, technical papers, brochures) to customers (e.g., government, foreign entities, commercial businesses), partners, suppliers and Boeing employees. With limited supervision, participates with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g., long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives) to meet requirements. Gathers data from multiple sources to compile or create a variety of complex reports (e.g., periodic reviews, audit responses, budget and capital planning, metrics) for management reviews and tracking performance to plan. Researches and evaluates organizational administrative issues, identifies options and recommends solutions to customers. Consults on, and performs a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, asset management, forms design and delivery, etc.) and serves as representative/spokesperson for the organization. With limited supervision, develops, coordinates and continuously assesses overall meeting/review architecture to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information. Works with leadership to determine the purpose and content of each meeting/review, coordinates and develops executive level briefings and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration. Provides design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. With limited supervision, gathers customer requirements (e.g., major tasks, deliverables, feasibility, life cycle) for projects and ensures goals are aligned with company and organization objectives. Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. With limited supervision, plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements by interfacing with focal points (e.g., telecommunications, computing, safety, security, facilities) to satisfy the needs of the business (e.g., consolidations, reductions, new business requirements, reorganizations) and employees (e.g., ergonomic, health, safety, virtual office, telecommuting). With limited supervision, participates in the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale (e.g., employee survey analysis and action planning, all-employee meetings, award programs, safety activities, open houses, tours, community events) by acting as a focal point. With limited supervision, assesses, maintains and tracks training requirements and develops training plans based on skill assessments and organizational objectives. Coordinates content development with the training organization, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers. Deploys training (e.g., video, computer-based, web-based, instructor-led) by coordinating logistics and ensuring delivery to employees.

Other Job related information
The successful candidate will have good communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Knowledge of and experience with project management tools such as Milestones are preferred. The position is joining a small team led by a Senior Manager and is part of a functional organization.
