OCLC is looking for a Sr. Test Engineer to make an impact on libraries around the world from our Seattle, Washington, office.

The Sr. Test Engineer produces test plans, test cases, executes manual or automated test cases, coordinates testing using product staff and testing resources, and and/or runs build scripts, deploys build output to QA controlled test environments and performs refreshes of QA test environments including static QA databases. These activities are completed to support product development and maintenance of production systems/services.
Primary role is to define and drive all product related testing activities/tasks for Seattle development
Main point of contact for planning/executing Seattle-based testing activities and reporting testing status
Produce test plans, test cases, execute manual tests, create and track defect tickets, delegate testing tasks to other Seattle-based testing staff based on priority and risk
Requirements:
Test Management - define and direct test activities for development and product team (or project teams) and act as “contact point for testing”
Previous Test Lead experience including delegation of testing assignments based on priorities and risk
Test planning
Test design
Test case development
Manual and/or automated test execution
4-7 years testing experience
Experience using test management tools such as Quality Center
Previous software development experience with Java is highly desirable
Experience testing Web services
Excellent written/verbal communications
Experience with Windows and Linux desirable
Experience with agile methodology and continuous integration processes desirable
Familiarity with using JIRA, SVN and build/installation packages a plus
