As the only ESP owned by a major holding company, Innovyx has an enviable and opportunistic position and extensive experience working with agencies and global 2000 companies. With offices in Seattle, New York and Dallas, the company has a strong client base with a solid track record of growth and sustained profitability.
Omnicom Group (NYSE - OMC) is a strategic holding company that manages a portfolio of global market leaders in advertising, marketing services, specialty communications, interactive/digital media and media buying services.
We have an immediate need for a full-time Director, Account Management located in our Seattle office. The Director, Account Management will report to the Chief External Officer. The Account Management team holds and maintains the primary relationships with clients. This position is responsible for ensuring the retention and growth of client relationships and development of the account management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Build key client relationships across business units, departments and at all levels within the client organization(s).
* Work closely with Director, Project Management to communicate client requirements, set priorities and meet client expectations.
* Collaborate with client to identify needs and scope programs to establish goals, budgets and business requirements.
* Guide clients toward smart solutions and up-sell new ideas to meet business objectives.
* Act as escalation point for clients, internal communication between teams and proactive involvement in accounts as needed.
* Inspire your team to deliver client value and exceptional service.
* Ensure appropriate client teams are in place on each account and advise resource management on staffing for best interest of client and region.
* Manage business planning providing relevant key insights, strategic thinking and leadership related to all aspects of the business.
* Forecast revenue, prepare statement of work/contracts and negotiate terms.
Key Success Metrics
* Increased client satisfaction, enhancing customer retention and developing deeper client relationships.
* Increased employee satisfaction, through development, training and mentoring of account management team.
* Increased profitable revenue growth from existing and newly acquired clients.
* Maintains high level of client satisfaction while meeting financial goals.
* Sells full suite of Innovyx services.
* Ensures smooth running of day-to-day operations of the accounts.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
* 5-7 years experience in direct marketing. Digital experience preferred.
* 5+ years demonstrated ability to develop senior level client relationships.
* Solid track record of managing a large account team in an agency environment.
* Strong presence with natural ability to interface with our clients senior executive teams.
* Agency experience a must.
* Email marketing experience a tact
