Project Management Specialist 3\4
Manages the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Electromagnetic Effects (EME) research and development portfolio in accordance with industry standards in portfolio management. Develops and maintains strategy diagrams, roadmaps, and other artifacts. Writes and maintains the EME portfolio management plan. Assists with the development of business case metrics and key portfolio performance indicators. Manages annual deliverables to the Boeing Chief Technology Officer and BCA Leadership team. Manages customer research and development needs and requirements. Provides in-depth analysis of the portfolio culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future work statement.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
