Reports to: Vice President, Senior Loan Officer
Location: Seattle, WA
Experience: 0 to 2 years commercial real estate or lending experience; undergraduate degree
  required.
Position Summary:
CWCapital LLC, nationwide leader in commercial lending and servicing for more than 20 years, is seeking a Production Analyst in its Atlanta Office.  The analyst would provide support and assistance to a Production  Team.  The analyst would assist in sizing, quoting and structuring of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Life Company loan programs.  The analyst is not expected to make cold calls or marketing calls.
Expected Output:
The Production Analyst will participate in and support the production process as directed to include analyzing new loan requests, helping write loan proposals, researching markets and locations of properties, submitting loan packages to the agencies, and other various functions as required.
The Analyst will assist the Production Team in sizing loans by conducting analyses of property operating statements, including but not limited to studying income and expense trends at the property and rent rolls, reviewing borrower financial statements, researching area demographics and market rental metrics, and other pertinent data.  The Analyst will summarize the applicable data in written proposals that conform to the various agency standards and be expected to articulate strengths and weaknesses of loan proposals. 
Travel:
The position will require occasional day and sometimes overnight trips in varying locations nationwide.  All travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
Requirements:
Applicant must know how to compute loan mortgage terms on a calculator, must be proficient in Excel and Word.  Prior industry experience is beneficial.  College degree is required.  Applicant must possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced financial and mathematical proficiency, strong analytical and problem solving skills, be articulate with written and verbal communications, be well-organized, and generally be self-motivated and desirous of continued learning.
