We are currently seeking Home Health Physical Therapists for our Tacoma, Washington location.
Responsibilities:
Provide and direct patient/resident rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting all facility, state, federal, and accrediting standards Evaluate patients/resident needs and establish effective and efficient treatment plans for the patient/residents Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet facility, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements Maintain complete, accurate and timely billing records Participate in in-service training programs as requested
