As front line management, this individual will be responsible for recruiting, teaching, developing, leading, and motivating a team of DISH Network Outside Sales Associates. Outside Sales Lead will supervise and coordinate the duties of Associates to ensure that department goals are met and surpassed.Outside Sales Lead are accountable for ensuring and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in the selling process for both themselves and the Associates under their supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following:
Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and provide team members with information and resources
Ensure adequate standards are met for attendance, payroll, performance documentation and other established processes
Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met
Properly analyze and communicate sales results, productivity, and quality
Manage and evaluate direct reports through new hire and up-training, mentoring, providing feedback, and driving results
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of company, product and industry from continued training, education and self-learning.
Actively promote and sell DISH Network products at customer’s homes
Presents customers with appropriate service packages, informing customers about programming options, pricing, billing, and other pertinent information.
Persuades customer to purchase services and follows the sale through with placing orders through order entry systems.
Provide quality customer experience and establish long-term customer relations.
Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Provides Management continual feedback with regards to program effectiveness and suggested enhancements.

Must hold a valid Drivers License and meet requirements of department for a clean driving record.
This position will require night and weekend work
Some travel required for training
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college education preferred.
1 year or more of Outside Sales supervisory experience.
