• Specialty hospital in western Washington state is seeking an RN Director of Quality Management.
• This position is responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital.
• Will act as resource person to administrative team, department managers, and medical staff.
• Will perform clinical risk management functions and assist department managers with preparation for medical staff committees.
• Will also have oversight responsibility for all regulatory body surveys, such as JCAHO, State Licensing Review, HCFA CMS Validation surveys.
• Will maintain oversight responsibility for all performance improvement activities conducted throughout the hospital.
• Prior experience in Hospital Quality Performance, Nurse Management jobs, Quality Improvement job, Healthcare Risk management jobs and Healthcare Quality Assurance jobs a plus.

• Qualifications include: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field;
• Certified Professional Healthcare Quality CPHQ certification preferred;

• Prior experience in Nurse jobs, Nurse Manager, Quality Improvement Healthcare jobs, Quality Assurance healthcare jobs and/or Quality Improvement Nurse jobs a plus.
