IT SAP Technical Lead - CRM FICA Analyst #4584
PSE’s Customer Information System group is looking for an IT SAP Technical Lead - CRM FICA business analyst to join our team. This person will be responsible for successful design, configure, test, delivery and maintenance of SAP Industry Solutions for Utilities Financial Accounting and Contract Administration (FICA) technology and initiatives. The IT SAP Technical Lead - CRM FICA business analyst will configure and test the SAP Industry Solutions for Utilities (IS/U) FICA components needed to support our customer and billing requirements and will work as a member of a team to integrate these systems into the overall SAP Customer Relationship Management and Billing (CR&B) solution. The person in this role will be expected to provide guidance on how SAP IS/U FICA can be leveraged. Preferred Candidates should have SAP IS/U FICA Certification and team leadership experience.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting SAP modules.
Minimum of 5 years experience implementation, upgrade and/or configuration of SAP IS/U FICA
Minimum of 5 years experience with configuring and supporting integration between SAP CRM and SAP ERP financials, SAP CRM 2007 or 7.0 experience preferred
Deeply knowledgeable about overall SAP CR&B functionality, knowledge of the CRM IC web client
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership and project management experience in various solution delivery methodologies (ASAP, Agile)
Advance analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong group facilitation, listening, communication, and training presentation skills.
Able to quickly grasp methods, maximize their affect, and explain to others
Naturally inclined to share knowledge and teach other team members.
High level of initiative, ability to juggle many projects simultaneously, strong organizational skills.
Strong customer focus.
Must be service-oriented, results driven.
Can assume a leadership role in team building, coaching and mentoring.
Builds highly effective interpersonal relationships in business partnering situations.
Full development lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy and support
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Utility experience and general understanding of utility industry
SAP certification in Customer Relationship Management
Functional knowledge of integration between SAP CR&B and SAP IS/U Device Management
Functional knowledge of integration between SAP CR&B and SAP IS/U Billing
Functional knowledge of integration between SAP CR&B and SAP ERP work order management
Functional Knowledge of SAP ERP.
Functional knowledge of SAP PI and mapping to external systems and to ECC/CRM
Good understanding of IT policies and procedures.
