Integrated Scheduling Specialist 2
Prepares, develops and coordinates segments of an integrated plan and schedule to meet requirements supporting Boeing Test & Evaluation work statement for the KC-46 Tanker program. Performs less complex integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Supports risk and opportunity analyses. Resolves assigned critical path issues. Identifies and recommends solutions to network logic conflicts. Assists in identifying and reporting schedule performance measurement techniques and associated cost measurement techniques. Identifies and reports performance variances. Performs scheduling impact analyses related to a change request and incorporates approved changes. Ensures configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules. Provides support to Control Account Managers and Integrated Product Team leaders in the preparation and execution of EVM review audits.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information
Assignment may require travel between Seattle and Mukilteo/Everett as well as other Puget Sound locations. Experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP) and MS Project is a definite plus. Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired along with experience with the Capability Maturity Model Integration framework and supporting defense contract programs.
