Department Description:
This particular position will work within the Patient Monitoring/Cardiac Care Services organization. This division of Philips Healthcare specializes in the installation and service of patient monitoring devices, networks, and telemetry systems. As hospital environments become more integrated the service organization is looking to expand its ability to install and service complex networks as well and consult with customers on high end integrations.

Responsibilities:
Philips is seeking a PCCI installation Project manager (installation team lead) to be placed in the Washington (Seattle) or Oregon (Portland) area. This position will service Washington, Oregon, Montana and Idaho. The PCCI business serves the healthcare community through efficient management of capital medical equipment installations in various critical care and surgical areas.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple patient monitoring systems implementations varying in scope, size and complexity to ensure successful implementations.
2. Develop complex project plans to include production, site readiness checks, and resource schedules.
3. Coordinate, lead, and motivate a diverse team of internal and external resources.
4. Each Project Manager will be responsible for, and measured on, Revenue generation, Forecast Accuracy, Pipeline Inventory, Inventory Age, Project Cycle time, Project Costs and Customer Satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
Education/Experience
. Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science disciplines with 2 years experience or, Associates of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science disciplines with 4 years experience or, Greater than 5 years Field Service or Biomed experience in specific Healthcare / IT Technologies.
. Preferred extensive knowledge of Healthcare environments and Patient Monitoring systems
. Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of various networking methodologies and design. Wireless networking knowledge preferred.
. Either have or working on PMI Project Management certifications.
. CCNA certification or higher is REQUIRED

1. Ability to implement complex network IT systems.
2. Leadership with the ability to influence internal and external resources to a stated objective without formal lines of authority.
3. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management internal and external.
4. Ability to effectively negotiate.
5. Ability to deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
6. Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple complex patient monitoring system projects.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
. Must hold a valid driver's license and have a driving record showing zero felony convictions and less than three moving violations in the previous three years.
