We are looking for and ISR to ensure the fulfillment and sales growth of assigned customer accounts. These requirements will be accomplished by performing, but not limited to, the following tasks: Online site set up, SKU maintenance, troubleshooting site and customer service issues, order tracking, engaging in sales dialogue with customers to uncover additional sales opportunities. By performing these activities as required, the Account Executive an ISR supports will have more time to hunt and increase their individual book of business.
Results to be achieved
This position will be responsible for providing sales support and driving incremental sales for the Zones Enterprise Sales divisions. The Inside Sales Representative will:
a. Manage day-to-day customer requests and proactively service customers IT product needs within tight timeframes.
b. Drive incremental gross margin within accounts through suggestive and inquiry selling.
c. Ensure flawless and timely execution of all support functions while providing Five Star service.
Processes
The Inside Sales Representative works directly with the Zones customer base managing the day-to-day support needs related to the procurement of IT products and services. The ISR works closely with the sales Account Executives to help grow margin for the assigned account base. They are responsible for facilitating the execution all customer service related functions associated with customer support including quoting and ordering. The ISR executes specific sales initiatives designed to grow gross margin in the accounts they service.
Results Measured & Metrics
The Inside Sales Representative will be paid on a base plus commission plan. The Inside Sales Representatives primary measurement of success will be margin growth of the accounts supported as well as customer satisfaction ratings.
Results Metrics
Attainment of gross margin goals for assigned supported accounts. Attainment of minimum 95% customer satisfaction rating Attainment of minimum 95% Account Executive satisfaction rating Attainment of minimum of 150 on Skills Assessment
Activity Metrics
1. Total # of Orders Processed 2. Quote Turnaround Time 3. Gross Profit Supported
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements. Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem- solving skills Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software preferred College degree preferred or equivalent, relevant, work experience
