Job Summary
Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items. Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness. Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order. Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests. Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service. Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

The Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center is conveniently located across the street from the Seatac International Airport. We have 396 guest rooms and 40,000 sqaure feet of meeting and banquet space.

Our hotel hosts the outstanding find dining experience of Spencer's Steaks and Chops. A restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a white table cloth dinner service. Not only is Spencer's known for its amazing food and wine selection, but we pride ourselves in providing exquisite service that goes above and beyond our customer's expectations.

We are looking for professional, experience food servers with at least a year of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant.

Days of shifts may vary but are typically during the evening with an estimated start time of 4:30pm or 5:30pm. Flexibility in schedule is required as well as availability for weekends and holidays.

Completion of a background check and drug test will be required prior to employment.
