The ideal engagement specialist is motivated, organized, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Responsibilities -Participate in developing business strategies through experiments of the Innovation Lab -Stay current on industry practices and trends, including business processes, new technology and software, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business -Coordinate business case development using outcomes from Innovation Lab experiments -Apply project management principles to ensure goals, budget and timelines are met when engaging internal clients -Assume accountability for transitioning experiment results and tacit knowledge gained -Add strategic perspective to problem solving and issue resolution, and take command of high impact issues by escalating, managing and communicating appropriately and mitigating future risk -Partner and foster collaboration with IT, the business and internal and external parties throughout the project
