Mortgage Loan Officer
Sound Community Bank is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer for our Mountlake Terrace Branch. The Loan Officer is a full service financial counselor providing superior quality service to clients and teammates, with a primary emphasis in residential lending. This individual represents the Bank in a respectful and professional manner while servicing real estate agents, contractors, and other sources of home purchase and refinance originations.
Actively solicits first mortgage and consumer referrals for financing, and is responsible for performing a variety of duties including: loan application interviews; income and credit and property documentation; loan processing follow up; and coordination of loan approval /closing.
This is a full time position in our branch in Mountlake Terrace. This position comes with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and Paid Time Off Benefits

Requirements:
This person should have at least three years of experience with single family lending, along with a proven ability to develop and retain business.
