Best Tech Market Sales Manager - Seattle, WA

 

 
Position Summary:   
Establish and maintain an environment to support Total Solution Sales in Best Tech stores by establishing and growing a team of 5-7 Business Consultants.  Primary responsibilities centered on Business Consultants driving profitable sales and increasing customer satisfaction by providing complete tech solutions including products and services to small and medium sized businesses.
 
Role Qualifications:

  • Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in Business Consultants delivering Profit and Service

  • Develop Business Consultants to achieve profitable sales and hit sales targets

  • Analyze results and processes and make recommendations to further develop Best Tech Strategy


 
Position Responsibilities: 
Sales Leadership:

  • Recruit, develop and retain a high performing Business to Business sales team.

  • Coach and develop Business Consultants to achieve new business primarily through in person contacts, phone follow up and in-store presentations

  • Share best practices among Business Consultants and Tech Advisors to improve results

  • Schedule, plan, and facilitate training sessions regularly

  • Work with store management team on development and management of the Business Consultant

  • Ensure a positive customer experience

  • Ensure professional presentation of Business Consultant consultation space and office


 
 Inspiring Selling

  • Engage and inspire the Business Consultant team to acquire, develop and retain new business customers

  • Provide guidance to Business Consultants on solution quotes and customer appointments

  • Enable and influence teams strategic thinking and development of future Best Tech Strategy

  • Develop and guide team to build collaborative, trusting relationships with new and existing business customers


 
Achievement of sales goals

  • Achieve Business Consultant sales and profit goals

  • Achieve earnings and sales goals in advanced Business Tech Services

  • Effectively coordinate & manage sales activities

  • Work with Staples Business Services to drive sales and refine the Easy Tech Professional offering

  • Stay current on new technologies and ensure associate understanding

  • Partner with Store management and Field teams on sales targets and achievements

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

  • Two years progressive Retail Sales Management experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Business to Business sales experience in technological products and services preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Excellent presentation, communication and time management skills
  • Results oriented, self motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
