This position reports to the Manager, Health & Productivity in the Health & Wellness organization. Key responsibilities include:

- Analyze and resolve daily indicative data transmission edits and recommend systemic solutions to improve data integrity.
- Complete periodic full data reconciliation between internal HR database and Third Party Administrators database.
- Analyze and resolve benefit billing and payroll deduction edits and recommend systemic solutions to improve data integrity.
- Provide analysis of edits from financial reporting system and determine the actions needed to support payment to our health and welfare plan carriers.
-Liaison with our fiscal operations accounting team to ensure benefit changes are accurately reflected in our financial reporting system.
-Responsible to research and compile benefit data for audits and other legal inquiries, as directed. Interface with central data management team to review trends and seek improvement opportunities in our administrative practices.
- Develops solutions to complex internal administrative and process or system requirements.
- Support Project Portfolio, Resource Management planning, and other data driven initiatives via database input, analysis, and reporting.
- Research data, prepare reports and metrics for analysis and recommend improvement plans as needed.
- Develops solutions to complex internal administrative procedures and process or system requirements. Reviews and monitors data information feed files to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Contributes to the definition of systems requirements for use by IT developers. Provides benefit deduction input/issues/clean-up to suppliers. Researches and prepares ad hoc reports.
- Compiles data for benefit surveys

Knowledge/Skills:
