This is a home based virtual role with no cap on earnings, and a competitive compensation package.
REQUIREMENTS: 1) - Must have 3-5 or more years of sales experience selling Learning & Development solutions (e.g. eLearning, Training).
2) Must have a strong network of high level business contacts (VP Sales, CLO, VP HR, COO or ability to get to those levels with your existing network) in the Seattle and surround region.
3). Must understand how to have a high level conversation with a business unit leaders to understand key business issues and then be able to tie a Learning solution to the biz issue.
4) Significant experience HUNTING for new business AND successfully expanding existing clients (this role will do both, there is a strong book of business a tremendous upside potential in this region).
